Autosharp Pens?

Has anyone tryed the "Autosharp Pen" for those annoying little rock chips? Are they difficult to use and how are the results? I only have two and am not prepared to repiant the whole front end for two small chips.

RE: Autosharp Pens?

they work pretty well, but only good for one application since the felt tip dries out. Also be careful not to press down too hard, you will be left with a big blob of paint on your hood.

RE: Autosharp Pens?

Read the instructions carefully online!!! You don't press down on the car! (even though you're tempted) And here as with any paint or lacquer, it's far better to apply multiple thin coats over time, then trying to use the paint as filler. And then you must clean the tip with paint thinner so it doesn't harden.
