P21S vs Meguiar

I have been washing my 2005 C230 Kompressor Sport Sedan alternatively with P21S Shampoo and Conditioner and with Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash.

I still can't figure out which one I prefer...
I like the texture after using Meguiar, but P21S pH is supposedly better for MB paint.

Any input?

Let’s stick with supposedly, Mercedes does not make its own paint.

Giving credit to MBZ they did collaborate in research with PPG in developing nano particle ceramic paints (and several times in the past with other coating suppliers in different areas) as is the long standing tradition of MBZ to work with suppliers to develop products intended for the line, another example, the cooperation with Bosch to develop common rail diesel injection.

RE: P21S vs Meguiar

Mercedes sell the Maguires products. Use any high end car stuff and you will be fine. Just try the products and find one that is best in your environment. One product may work best in the summer and the other product may work best in the winter.

RE: P21S vs Meguiar

I corroborated today that P21S leaves more residue than Meguiar.

It is probably no the best choice for a black car.
Will continue using Meguiar.

Will try P21S again this winter.
