Weekend was very nice and, of course washed and waxed the ML.
Now, how do I get the white wax residue from the black trim parts. I have tried vaseline, peanut butter, etc, and the residue is still there. What's the solution to this mess? Thanks.

I ususally just hit it with some Zaino Z16 Tire dressing (z16 isa non-greasy pdms based dressing) and that at least covers up the residue for awhile. I havent found any cleners that actually remove the residue from the mls window trim.

Mothers Back To Black. Best stuff I found thus far. Doesn't really treat it, but it cleans it to new. It lasts a while too. I've washed my 300E several times since applying it, no need to re-apply yet. And I only used a little bit. I'd think you could get about a dozen applications out of a bottle. A great investment for 5 US Dollars.
