Umm... i'm not jum, but can it be repaired in the vinyl? Also, the wood in the center cons...

Umm... i'm not jum, but can it be repaired in the vinyl? Also, the wood in the center console appears to be cracked (is it enamel?) can that be repaired also or does it need to be replaced. Thanks.
