how often should I have my car waxed - live in Sunshine State

I recently purchase my car (bordeaux) and my new job does not offer cover parking. Since I live in Florida, I wanted to get your input as to how often I should have the car waxed/ detailed.

Well, If We Are Talking A Traditional Carunuba Wax, They Can Last Up To Probably 2 months at the most. If Its A Synthetic Sealent, You Can Go Even Longer Between Coats.
