I too recommend Mcnally to everyone in the Toronto area. I once overfilled the transmission on my 300 and took it to Mcnally to check the level and drain the fluid but they couldn't give me a appointment for 2 days.

I talked to Charlie directly and he told me to pull into the shop and checked the fluid level and informed it was just a bit overfilled but it shouldn't be a problem. Even though this was such a little gesture I hugely appreciated that he took time off to help me out and give me the peace of mind to drive away.

99 C43 - Res Delete, Eibachs, W210 mirrors.
94 E420 - Sold
89 300CE -Bilstein sports, Eibach springs, Resonator Delete, 16inch AMG Aeros. - Sold
87 260E Euro- 5 speed/ASD - Junked
89 190E 2.6 - Sold

Went to McNallys today and I must say they did an amazing job. I went in because my Service B sign popped up and wanted to get that cleared. Price is not too high and not too cheap, I paid about $350 for Air Filter Set, Cabin Filter, Oil Filter, Oil Change and the service B check.

However, I am curious to know if McNally uses OEM parts?

I'm definitely going back nonetheless.

He does use OEM parts, but he gave me a choice for my 74 230...hes fair, and tells you exactly what hes going to do, nothing leaves his shop until its fixed! I live way out in Durham region, but hes well worth the drive.

The first time I took one of my cars to McNally's I was a little surprised with a small pricing issue, but after taking other vehicles both mine and family, I will recommend McNally's anytime, and In...fact I do!.

I have yet to meet the infamous Charlie, but the staff that I have met have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the service and will continue to take my vehicle(s)
To McNally's.

I have now been to three shops for estimates, all in the $900 to $1400 (this one involved a brand new bumper strip, to the cost of $400 as they said it couldn't be salvaged after the reconditioning) Now granted these were "High End" shops, but still outrageous for refinishing a plastic bumper.

I'll be seeking out other estimates, so still looking for suggestions and recommendations.

Thanks
Did you ever get this fixed? Let me know where you went.

Thanks.

I am planning to take my C to McNallys for the first time and I was hoping someone could tell me if I need to call them first to schedule an appointment or can I just drop by there? TIA

Thanks. App booked for tomorrow AM. Hopefully my expectations are not too high based on all the reviews of this shop.

Service A on the W204 done for about 60% of the price of the dealer (MB Thornhill). Quick, efficient, everyone was very nice and friendly. Will definitely take the C back there again, as well as the next service for the ML. Will recommend to friends also.

Mcnally's - great service as always!

Took my car in recently to Charlie and I must admit I am more and more impressed with the service and commitment by Charlie and his wonderful staff, every time I go there.

I went in for a noise from my air ride compressor and oil change (01 s500 lorinzer). Got my issues resolved even though it was 5pm...Charlie stayed with another tech and finished the car for me. I do understand this is not the norm and sincerely appreciated the efforts they put forth.

Furthermore my car was recently hit from behind and my rear tail light was cracked. Charlie took one look and wouldn't let me leave without accepting a used tail light he pulled from another job. (the tail light he gave had a faulty circuit but I could easily replace from my old working cracked light - otherwise it brand new).

I was and am fully satisfied with all the service provided by Charlie and his courteous staff.

Never hesitate to fully recommend McNallys Auto.
