I have encountered a problem with the Warranty company i am with. The "Coolant visit workshop' gremlin has hit me and after investigation i need a new fan unit. After the last service the indi reset the service indicator noting the use of fully synthetic oil etc. Assyst then reset service B at the next 20000km/2yr interval.
The insurer maintains that i am out of schedule as the service is 15000km or 1 year and will not entertain the claim. My service indicator sits at 7200 km to next service(b Service).
I cannot find any literature on the assyst for w209 on the net. Manged to get ml 320 literature which explains all the parameters and the fact that for good behaviour the km portion may even be extended(which has actually happened to me).
However w209 320 literature eludes me.
Anyone who can help in this regard, with a tech bulletin or whatever is available so that i can present it to the Idiots?
