RE: Creating a sticky thread

Only the hosts of the respective forums can sticky posts. As well as the admins.

Ok then[:(], and thanks asianml for the information. The hosts of the CLS forum need to definately start a sticky for the CLS owners to post up their pics.

There is no host for the CLS currently. At least that I know of.[:D] You'll have to make some request to the admins. But don't expect an answer immediately, I'm pretty sure they're swamped with PMs and e-mails, and it'll take a while for them to get to it.[:)]

I'll volunteer to be the CLS Host[:D]

I know it's a big responsibility, but I'm up to it.[:D]

Seriously though.... If you want me to. [;)][:P]

A forum host is a moderator for that forum. Of course, you can have more than one, depending on the admins.

If you're serious, you should contact Frank via PM or email.

Basically what a moderator/host does is maintain that sub-forum. Whenever there is a thread that doesn't belong, you move it to the correct forum. If a thread gets out of hand or whatever, using your judgement you can decide if it's appropiate to close it. You can put up stickies like the one you want right now. A lot of things a mod/host can do.[:)]
