Question SL55 - Wasting money trying to get bluetooth?

Hi,

I have a 2003 SL55 AMG with a Nokia cradle - I have no idea what Nokia phone fits it - the code on the current cradle is 230 820 06 51. A google search gives me no indication of what phone is compatible. I bought the Mercedes HFP phone cradle

Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes

It does not fit at all Nice waste of money!

So how do I get bluetooth in my SL55 AMG!!??

Any help would be really appreciated.

Many thanks.

Rob

I don't understand how the parts guy sold you this MB HFP device when it is obvious that it does not fit to a 2003 car (it needs UHI at the car).

Check from the manufacturer or ask here Electronics - MBClub Forums
if ViseeO would be compatible with your car. It looks like you have the 852/854 phone kit while on a W211 it should be 380, on the other hand 380 does not appear to be an option for the SL.

At least the R230 is included in the list of compatible cars from 2003 to 2005 model years:

All the rest should be straightforward but with an SL55 you should try to remember that the signs at the road are not indicating the minimum recommended speed.
