I have a S600 sedan 2007 with a AUX input on the command system. Where is the input for this system and if there is not one how do i get one installed so that i can take adavantage of this input.

You have used the term "input" to cover two different things, without distinguishing between them.
I presume you mean you have an AUX input selection option on your COMAND, but do not know where the actual AUX input jack is.
Most models from 200-2006 that had AUX jacks had them on the left side of the glove compartment (inside the compartment) - sometimes under a plastic cover. I haven't looked for it on the W221, but I'd start there.

2007 W221 did not come with an aux jack... It is normally turned on when you get the ipod kit but you can also have the dealer install one for you. 2008 W221 have a set of A/V jacks in the glovebox but the audio are not connected if you have the ipod kit.
