Please don't you have OEM radio manual? I have E300 TD, 1998.
I don't know how to set the radio station to memory after scanning.

Which radio do you have in the car? Often you store presets by pressing and holding the preset button but if it is an Audio 10, then it should be like this:

OK, it isn't Audio 10 but older, must be Becker Special. I have downloaded the guide at some point from a Russian site, enjoy.

Just in case you don't read the language any better than myself, here is another one. So it should actually work according to the second option I gave above (the Russian site must have had an English version too but I have downloaded a useless copy and didn't even have a link to the page any more).
