HI CAN USE W211audio50, MAP CD, INTO W171 audio 50?

There is no COMAND 50, say it quiet or shout it. Do you mean Audio 50 APS? If both are Audio 50 APS, then the CDs appear compatible.

yes ,sorry audio 50aps is the same for w211 and w171? and if the cd is copy how to install inw171 need some update?

The map CD on an Audio 50 would be at the head unit. You don't need to do anything else than take it out from the first car and put it in the the other car.

Or does the other one not load it? Sometimes if some map updates (that existed between the current on the car and the new one) have not been used before putting a new one in, you may need a service CD. I did not check if that could be the case for an Audio 50 APS.

Which map CD version do you have now?
