w220 Command -> No Configuration Menu in service mode
hello ! I am entering service mode in my w220 2000r -> but there are only

3 options no configuration !

Version
Tuner
Diagnostic

i was using 1+3+mute,

Could someone help me ? i want to change TV mode from Secam (france) to Pal -> TV is blinking/moving.
