Need help with new head unit

Hey guys,
I just installed an Eclips AVN-7K in my 97 S600, everything works but there's some clicking and interference in all speakers. Is that due to Bose amp incompatibility? Do I need to bypass or replace that? Any ideas/thoughts? I appreciate any help.Thanks

Did you use anything inbetween the new head and the stock amp? You usually need something Like a Peripheral SVEN4 to interface a BOSE amp
