Aftermarket Nav Question

Hey guys,
New to tbe MB world, traded in my 05 X5 for a new 07 C280 4mattic on Thursday.
I have aftermarket NAV and Audio stuff from the X5 that i want to put into the MB. When i install it i know i will probably lose steering wheel controls, but will i be able to keep the stuff that displays in the instrument cluster like MPG and all that other stuff? Any answers are very much appreciated!

You would not lose the MPG display but you might lose something else. If you did not have navi previously, you would not lose the Navi display on the instrument cluster. The radio, CD etc. would get lost. What else do you have in the car on the MOST ring? that would get lost too. If your audio amp is behind MOST, you have to figure out that too. Would be better to put MB OEM stuff but of course a bit different now that you already have the stuff you would like to use.
