How to install map on a new mercedes s500

hi guys!
I would like to know how can i install road map in my car
car info :
model : s500 with AMG package
year : 2007
it already has map of usa and i would like to change if to a diffrent map

The same as other cars, even if it has the hard disk drive. You have to buy a new navi DVD from the dealer.
