ipod volume level

I have an ipod player as aux of my G 500 comand. The sound is great ( quality 60% , but 1000 musics in a small mini) , but with the ipod exit at 90% and the command volume level at 70% i have the same volume of the 70% of a CD playing in the same command volume.

Any idea :

An small ipod amplifier?

There something wrong in the connection? It is made by MB.

your IpoD has a function called sound check. it defaults to On. Turn it off and your Ipod will be much louder.

I definitely second that. I've found this to be true even with the iPod integration to COMAND, though some have disputed it. The only real challenge for me is to remember to turn Sound Check back on before using it with headphones! :O
