Has anyone in australia got / used the bluetooth cradle that came out recently ?
I have tried a few phones with it and most have worked, but I cannot get any motorolla ones to work, but I do beleive that in the US people are using the Motorolla V3 Razor phone, Id like to know how ?
Is it possible for anyone that has this phone to take a photo of the bluetooth unit that they are using ?
Can you clarify which bluetooth cradle you got, I thought Australia was (officially) using European type of equipment, meaning the SAP capable interface instead of the BT hands free profile unit which is mainly for the US market.
I have the MB part number "B67875838" BT SAP unit with a handset. This one needs BS SAP support which mainly appears on Siemens and Nokia phones for the moment.
If you search this forum, you should find information about phones that support BT SAP profile. So far it has mainly been Siemens and Nokia supporting SAP, you should check this from your phone manual (sorry I was too lazy to find the actual link).
I believe the B67875840 unit is similar to mine but I have a corded privacy handset in my device.
At this forum, I think, I've seen comments telling the US BT puck compatible with the European UHI system. If your phone does not support SAP and you don't want to change it (there are SAP capable "blackberry-kind-of-phones" from other vendors), you might want to try the US puck. But double-check this compatibility issue first.
