Becker Silverstone 10 disc changer needed

for a 1993 300ce coupe. everyone tells me i need to rip out the 2 piece system or spend incredible amts on wires and such. i need the optional changer for that year with cables and instructions (for cheap cheap cheap) PLEASE.......

First they are almost impossible to find any more, the ones that are out there "cheap" probably dont work. See attached
