Red face C D not ejacting

Hi all I have a command APS installed in my MB 320 CDi
3 years old
My CD seems to be stuck and does not eject ( it is trying to but...)
Any help?
Is it covered by warranty being just under 3 year old?
Any suggestions please

Probably dirt on the rollers, so they don't have grip on the disc. Try the eject button while pushing the disc down with a credit card or something similar. This usually works to get the disc out.

Then get your nav.drive cleaned (maybe your dealership can tell you how to do it, or maybe they have an address for you where you can go to).

greetingz,

BigSis

If warranty covers it let them do it, if it breaks afterward it is a different story. I have a friend with a Lexus who inserted one of her discs with her label, of course the glue softened, $600, but they promised to return her CDs when they got them back. I suggest writing on them with a permanent marker.
