Hello I have a 2005 E320 CDI and a 2004 navigation DVD. Today a friend gave me a 2006 navigation DVD. I installed it in the DVD player and soon the screen said it started to update, then stopped. Now I cannot use the old DVD or the new one. Anyone have any thoughts or expierences?? thanks bb
You have to let the CAN buss go to sleep before the updates are fully installed. Key off and leave it alone for ten minutes and it should be fine when you start it up.
