Neo Ion SP v. Dension Icelink +: Anyone installed them?

Has anyone installed the the Neo Ion SP for Ipod integration? How about the Dension Icelink Plus? Need advice as to which route I should take for my '02 W208.

Plusses, minuses, installers, DIY? Anything would be helpful.

From what I've seen, the IceLink Plus either "likes" your car, or it doesn't. I had nothing but problems with mine (which prompted me to put in a new headunit), but other people have said that they have no problems with it. Or, they said that they could live with the problems (whereas I found it unacceptable that it would just stop working every now and then).

They also took down their support forums when too many people started complaining about the product. They do offer phone support for people who own one - but it is shoddy at best. Luckily I had a professional shop install it, and they fully refunded my money when they saw the problems I was having.

For some people the IceLink Plus works, so my advice is to make sure that you get it installed by a place that will troubleshoot/fix it if something does go wrong.

Not too encouraging. Maybe the Gateway is the answer. We'll have to wait until it gets rolled out here though
