I guess it should connect to cd changer cord or something.I checked the glove compartment could not find that port/wire which I can connect too.I read few previous forums but could not come up with a solution.NO FM PLEASE.

I don;t know exactly what you are asking but...

NO that Whatever won't work.

Does your car have and audio input in the glove box?
I'm not sure but check if it does. If so, you can use that to connect your IPOD.

The dealer option you are referring to is the IPOD KIT. If cost 300. not 8. they are charging you 500 bucks for labor?? find a new dealer.

Also, if there is a Kit for your car, then this means that you

A. Have and audio input on the back of your radio, or

B. You have an audio jack already installed somewhere in your car. So you need to verify this. Ask the nice guy who's try to have 500 dollar sex with you if there is an inout already on your car.

If the answer is "A", you can purchase the harness that is used for the audio input, and connect it yourself. A lot cheaper than the Kit as an alternative.

Check the W203 forums I'm sure someone has the answer there specific to your car.
