Hi -

I just got a new CLK and they told me I was going to get an instalation kit and an Ipod. Will they still charge me to install it?

I would also make sure that they disclose upfront that you will loose about 40-50% of sound volume from your ipod. I just had my ipod kit installed on slk 55 and I just took it back to the dealer when I noticed the major difference in volume between the ipod and the radio and cd player. It was very upsetting having spent about $900 to get this extra for the crapy sound quality!!!

I have no problems so far with my Ipod Kit, Sounds fantastic on my 2006 SLK.
