I have a '02 E320 Sport and would like to XM or Sirius Radio. I have heard that their is factory kit that allows XM or Sirius via the Stock Command Unit. Anyone have any details on this?
Also, anyone have any suggestions on Bluetooth Phone kits?

The SIRIUS OEM kit is for 2004+ cars, or a car that can fit a 2004+ COMAND or radio. Yours is none of those.
Yes, people have details on this. If you visit your dealership parts department there should be a brochure there. It is not a "factory" kit, it is installed afterwards by the dealership.
If you would like to add XM or Sirius you can also go through the auxiliary input of your COMAND.
I've been using the Sony Ericsson HCB-30 with my SE T610 in a CLK.
Works well. The only problem with this type of handsfree kit is the pickup of background noise especially when you are on the highway. Headsets are far better in this regard as the microphone is much closer to your mouth. But with this system you don't have to fumble with the headset when you want to place or answer a call.
Installation took a few hours cause I didn't know what I was doing. The only difficulty was to find the ignition sense wire. Installation is pretty clean with only a microphone and speaker that needs to be installed outside the dash. Both can be mounted so that they are virtually out of sight.
I tried the advanced music mute option for the HCB-30 which allows you to use the speakers in your stereo system. However, sound quality was much worse than using the little speaker that came with the kit.
