Can anyone give me an idea of how to make a custom enclosure for the side well in the trunk. I want to put one 12" sub in there and have seen some photos of people who have done it. Any step by step instructions would be appreciated....

Do a quick search for "fiberglass" and "sub" on the internet and you'll find loads of sites where people have done exactly what you are proposing and put up pics and an explanation as to how they did it.

I'm going to be doing the same for my C32 soon.
