Good news, CD changer installed and working. Bad news, C-pillar rub...

My wife and I are planning a road trip next week, so I decided to install the changer myself instead of letting the dealer install it. Drilling out the holes for the mounting bracket nuts was a pain in the ass. Apparently, they require a drill bit size something between 3/8" (9.525mm) and 25/64" (9.92187). I assume it's either a metrick 9.75mm or I need a 49/128 bit. I ended up using the 25/64 bit, which made the holes too big, so I made a small wedge out of soft steel sheet metal put it on the edge of the hole before tapping the nuts in place. I did the cable swap at the changer and the head unit and my changer works perfect.
Unfortunately, while I was in the trunk, I saw a spot on the plasic trunk liner where somthing had been rubbing on it and I checked the C-pillar to find a scuff in the clear coat. I taped a piece of felt over the spot on the trunk liner for now.
