Yes, seems that the V8s get going better on the hi-waybecause the power allows them to stay in 5th gear. I would guess that the 320/350s shift down to maintain speeds going up long grades.

Just my thought.

Check post above, my Hershey did 19.5. Not bad with 44k miles on it.
