I've recently experienced this "BAS/ESP" light coming on. Mine remained ON for as long as the engine is running.
IT remained lit for as long as the engine is running.

My "BAS/ESP" light went off AFTER I restarted the engine and it remained OFF until the following day (the second occurence).

NOPE! Not on mine, the BAS/ESP light went on after starting the engine.

If they come on intermittently and for a short period of time, after braking to a stop and taking off, but not at all times, you might have the same problem I've had fixed last week, a stop brake switch gone bad. If your dealer rus a short test, that would be a <b>C1200 error code</b>.

YEP! Sounds exactly my "BAS/ESP" symptoms. Perhaps it is the same C1200 DTC. Any details on what triggers <i>C1200</i>?
My Service A is coming up really soon so I'll put this down on my list of things to be checked at while at service.
