Go to the car wash, one of the ones that do big rigs, the wash it yourself ones.
Pull in there, pop the hood and use the engine/tire wash settings. Good degreaser formula and very minimal pressure.
Soak it down, wash the rest of the truck, come back, and either resoak it, or rinse it off with the sparkle rinse, not the regular rinse.
You do not want to wash it with too much pressure.
