It depends on the warranty you have. If you purchased the Certificates for free replacement through your local Discount Tire, they should be covered. If you didn't every tire you purchase in-store at Discount Tire or America's tire comes with a free Pro-rated road hazard warranty unless otherwise specified.
They Hankook Evo12 is a great tire. Consumer reports rated it at the top of the Ultra High Performance category a few months ago. This tire may or may not be a good option for you depending your your driving style, conditions and vehicle needs.
