A160's cold engine starting problem

Hello,
I have following problem while starting A160/1999 (petrol, manual transmission):
1. Engine starts normally, idling in a condition.
2. About 1.5…2 seconds after starting idling goes low until about 400 rpm.
3. After that engine either stops or idle increases to its norm.
Described problem's precondition: first starting, true cold engine (car switched off/stopped more than 4-5 hours ago), outside temperature is more than about 15°C/59°F. In all other cases described problem is not exist, also in the case if car is restarted immediately.

Could anybody help? Thanks a lot in advance.

Note: MAFS was repaired one year ago. Car's ECU diagnostic test has no information/references about this failure.
