| I suppose you could add the inflated balloon to that as well, a number of Companies in the UK south of England raise large I suspect helium filled balloons advertising their companies business, if you can find the end of the anchored cable you have found the company and their wares. Mind you when they are elevated above and industrial estate that’s not so easy as it sounds! |
