| couple of problems..........
Hi.
Just bought an A160. It does have a few problems I'm trying to sort. Any help much appreciated:-
1. The sunroof doesnt open. When operating the button, just a grinding noise. I assume either the gearing has broken, or possibly just come 'unstuck'. Does anyone know any online instructions for accessing the motor/gearing and repair instructions?
2. The alarm goes off whenever the car is locked using the remote. I have a sneaking suspiscion doing some reading of the manual that it may have something to do with my next problem...
3. Whenever i come to a stop whilst driving, and have have my foot on the brake pedal, as soon as I remove my foot from the pedal, the car beeps once or twice. I can't find anything in the owner manual, but surely this is not normal...it's incredibly irritating after a while. I DID note in the manual that the car will 'beep' when the enging is running, no pedals are depressed and the drivers door is open????? Could it be that a fault with the sensor on the drivers door is causing BOTH this beeping AND the problem with the alarm?
Is there anyway to fault diagnose the alarm? ie. flashing lights indicating what caused the alarm to go off?
Any online instructions for any of the above would be great, but would appreciate WHATEVER help I can get!!!
