Assuming that you have the double front passenger seat, you can change these but you need to acquire another single seat (drivers) base and it will bolt right in. I did this on one of my vans before buying two of these seats -

I bought the ISRI 6860/875 with the massage, heating and armrest options. The only minor downside is that the inbuilt seatbelt is only available over the right shoulder (which confuses my passengers - mine is a RHD model). I have an air tank and compressor under the van which feeds the suspension seats (and you want to hear my triple train horns :-)). They are fantastic for long journeys - having just returned from Italy, over 2,000km each way.
