| I don't have contact with TopGear magazine, only with TV show, and they really don't like diesel cars. So I will not trust they opinions (especially Clarckson's).
But it this opinion is a little bit truth. I compare B180CDI with Renault Megane 1.6 16V and it make more noise especially when stay with motor on. In Renault I not hear motor, in Mercedes you hear it and feel vibration. When you ride it not disturb.
Diesel motor has other advantages, less fuel consumption and more torque. |
