In the B's manual:
Rims: 6J X 16 H2
Wheel offset: 46 mm (1.8 in)
Your old rims may fit - as far as the bolt pattern is concerned, but your tires may rub. If it does fit, make sure your old rims are also hub centric.
Your old tires are good to go with the B, though.
