H7 bulbs are for the OEM headlights.
You need H1 bulbs for the projectors.
The ebay pictures don't show the HID bulb connectors, so don't know if you can fit H1 bulbs instead. Send a PM to the vendor.
You don't have to cut any wires. The low beam bulb wires are used to feed 12V supply to the ballasts. The high voltage leads then come from the ballasts to the bulbs. You will have to cut a hole in the back of the low beam cover plate to feed the two sets of wires through.
An approximation of wiring follows.
The small box isn't in the setup - the high voltage lead goes direct to the HID bulb.
The stock harness connection feeds back into the the low beam socket instead of the plug you see on the picture.
