you will be making all the connections at the CD changer.
ok first power cables. red wire from the dension gets tapped on to red at the changer. Black wire from the dension is tapped to Brown at the changer. the blue wire is unused for the dension.
The optical cables are really easy. the optical cable plug that you removed from the CDC will plug directly into the dension module. plug that into the 'car' side. you will have an optical cable set in the kit with two more of those plugs, one on each end. plug one end into the dension 'CDC' side and the other into the CDC.
