| Okay, maybe you can hit half of the Philips head with a standard screwdriver. Not exactly what I'd call a proper angle, though. And it seems they added that hole expressly for that purpose. Maybe they designed the upper inside bulge after forgetting about the path they created. They should have probably added an indentation in that middle part at least.
