So I didnt really want to get started on that and then store the car! lol Hopefully in 2 years when she comes out, I'll dig into that.

Did you ever have a straight pipe installed. If so, did it give your car a deeper growl?

Hi Armando. This is Steve from Orange County. You looked at my black SL500 a few weeks ago. Did you find a car? If so, and you want to lower it, use H&R Springs. You can buy them on EBay. Also, don't bother replacing your shocks until your car reaches 60 to 70K miles. It won't be neccesary because the SL comes stock w/ heavy duty shocks. Hope all is well and best wishes. BTW, I have put my car back up for sale. I'm looking into buying a 2008 MBZ E63. I need a four door sedan. Wish me luck!
