I had my local dealer new car Mngr. look for an '07 - '08 ML320 CDI and found that they are still selling at near MSRP, even used... He claims they are being sold in California after they have 10,000 miles on them and are being gobbled up at the auctions all accross the country by California Dealers... We looked for quite awhile before I decided to just work a deal on a new '08 from inventory... Still in that process at the moment... I know there are almost no incentives on any of the diesel models at the moment because they are selling well... There aren't even any deals to employees...
