| ML500 mute wire
I've got a customer with a 2007 ML500 that I am needing to locate the mute lead for. Just got done doing a bluetooth hf for him in it. The vehicle of course did not come witht he factory option and he did not want to spend the money for the factory upgrade. I have located the amp under the false floor under the driver's seat, but I am needing to find out what color the mute wire is supposed to be in this vehicle and were else i could pick it up. One source told me that it is a grey wire and that I would be able to pick it up behind the radio. NOT so in this car I looked twice and it is not there. The telematic appears to be under the rear seats. I'm thinking that I could grab it there, but woud like to know what color it is before i go poking about for it. Any help will be greatly appreciated here.
