Again, what headaches are you referring to in respect to the CDI E320 Models? The CDI has been one of the most bullet proof platforms aside from the SBC issue that really wasn't (fixed before offical release of the CDI in the US market).
Personally, as long as the dealer performs all the required servicing BEFORE delivery and payment then you have a screaming deal. If they expect YOU to pay for the services be prepared for a $800 service when it is all said and done (give or take).
