Hey Valkirk...as soon as it stops raining long enough for me to take some decent pictures I will post some. Hopefully I can do that this weekend.
And yeah...that guy is out and enrolled in a 60 in-house alcohol treatment facility. After his 60 days are up he is supposed to go back to jail until the trail in August.
Yeah...right!!?? I'm not holding my breath for that to happen. It turns out that this guy had a total of 7 priors- 1- in Maine, 2- in Washington state, 1-in Oregon, 1- in West Virgina, and 2- in Alaska. This does not include the one with me and it does not include his driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession conviction from 2005 here in Alaska. That's all proof that he won't stay put and also the fact that after he hit me, he tried to drive off, but he hit us so hard that he broke the axle of his full sized truck so he could only drive in circles (see the attached pic of his truck). I feel the same way that you do, he won't stop or the courts won't stop him until he actually kills someone and that's a sad and unfortunate thought.
