Replace your speaker.... you won't believe the difference in the sound quality. It was almost like getting a new sound system for me. Only took me maybe 10 minute to replace it this weekend. I still don't think the HK systems sound quite as good as the Bose but it's close. I'm going to try and attach a picture of my speaker which was really screwed up. Contrary to another gentleman's post the buzzing wasn't coming form the vent vibration problem..... But talk about a huge ass difference in sound quality. Just amazing. I think I'm going to start saving to add the nav system next.... Thanks again for posting the pictures on how to remove the grill.... couldn't figure that out until I found your post.
