Everyone has some horror stories, that's life in a consumer industry. When you do the amount of business we do, there is bound to be a few things that get messed up from time to time. This doesn't happen much with us but it does happen, we are human just like you. We do our best to help everyone to the best of our abilities. If something does go wrong we will be the first to make it right. Discount Tire is the largest Wheel and Tire retailer in the US and we didn't get there by making mistakes. We have over 700 retail stores and we have been in business for almost 50 years. Give us a shot.

On a personal note: I have been in the wheel and tire industry for going on 5 years and I have never been to a more stand up company in any industry. Discount tire takes care of their customers and offers the best warranties in the business. Ask around.

A quick story: Some of you remember when Ford and Firestone had blowouts with the OE tires on the Ford Explore in the mid 90's. The owner of Discount Tire, Mr. Bruce Halle, stepped up, realized their was a problem, and told any one that owned one of these Fords to come in and he would replace all 4 tires for FREE.

I actually used to buy tires from Discount Tire's wholesale before I worked here and they stood behind me and the products they sold me better than any one of my other vendors. Their customer service was why I choose to work here.

Thanks Travis. I do understand that no one is perfect. And I think it's safe to say that no one here expects perfection. Your words are very reassuring, and I'm sure your actions and information will be the same. W/ over 700 retail stores, I am guessing you don't have or need a national network of Local Installers. I'll check your Website to see if there is one in my area.

It is also reassuring that you have five years experience in the business. How much experience do you have w/ our Mercedes Benz cars? Are you the official DT MB expert or are there others in your organization who are equally well versed in our cars?
