Hah, that old myth. Well, you're going to want to let the paint cure so the solvents escape (called outgassing) for a few weeks, typically 30 days or so.
No wax or silicone? So is it a polymer protectant? I'd understand the "no silicone" part, but no wax? MUST be a synthetic polymer or acrylic sealant. Not like either of those "breathe" any better than a wax...(lol) Sounds like he's selling these "Wizards" products.
After this curing period though, you'll want to keep it protected. Use a good pure carnauba wax such as P21s 100% or some high quality polymer sealant like Zaino.
