I drive in pretty easy conditions: the local highway has many stoplights but the speed limit is 90 and that's usually how fast I drive. The urban traffic here is not stop-and-go, but a little more "fluide" as the French say on the Bd Périphérique
If I could ever get a run at a steady 90 km/h for a full tank, I think Imight be able to get it under 6 L/100 km (~5.5 on the OBC).
In Vancouver area traffic, you should shoot for under 9 L/100 km when the car is broken in and with some care when driving.
