Active bass system, came in my car and made me realized how much of a pain in my ass it was when i found that out cuz i wanted everything to work off the deck i just put in..if you search for it youll find the wiring diagrams that will tell you what is what on that factory amp. it is kindof a little job to get it out and figure out the wires and what not but the AA battery test is what helped me figure out what wire goes where. oh and i wired them into the rear speakers in the back window. but i do have the wiring digrams for the car. you have a 93 2.3 i have a 92 2.6 really what would the diference be in the stereo oh. if you would like i could send you the pdf file thats got it just let me know. oh ya and dont even get me started on the fader that on the center console lol, advice for that little bugger LEAVE IT ALONE dont even worry bout it cuz im not going to untill i take it under the knife and have a entire new stereo put in. but all and all it worked out really nice and doesnt sound to bad for 1992 stock stereo equipment. but this is what im going for in the doors and the rear deck
